Tween (9-12)

This catagory is further diveded into two catagories by a narrower age range. 9-10 and 10-12. A lot happens in these years and nine year olds might not be interested in what a twelve year old is and vice versa but some might be so look in both catagories. You might even find the same book in both. For twelve year olds who are fast outgrowing the tween stage and might be ready for some older reading- try the teen section.
