About Us
What started out as a passion to see kids reading, and helping parents encourage that, I saw the need to help parents support their voracious readers- new books were not affordable for everyone; especially if kids read at the rate of a book a day! And so, Twice Upon A Time Books was born…. Books parents could afford and kids want to read or have read to them. But I believe too that parents need to set the example and they too need well priced books and so our adult section came to be. It’s not just about parents setting an example but reading is such a powerful habit to get into that everyone should be able to do it and afford to.

This site is designed that you can at your own leisure browse the shelves, either alone or with your child, and look at the books before purchasing.
Should you need to contact Twice Upon A Time Books for any reason it is best to either email or Whatsapp and you will be responded to as soon as possible (please don’t be concerned if there is no immediate response as a homeschooling parent my child’s education is first on my to do list for the day).

Delivery & Returns
To ensure your new books get to you as quickly as possible, and still affordably, we use PUDO (Courier Guy). Once we receive proof of payment your order is packed up and sent with the next day’s collections. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach main centres, a little longer for outlaying areas.
We hope you are happy with what you have chosen but I do know sometimes that doesn’t happen. So refunds will happen at my sole discretion.
